Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Every new account starts on a free 30-day Pro trial — no credit card required. After 30 days your subscription begins at £39/mo (or £360/yr).
What counts as a team member?
A team member is anyone with a login — the garage owner, a technician, or a service advisor. The owner always counts as one. Pro includes 3 members, with extra seats available at £9.99/mo each.
How does the £9.99/mo per extra member work on Pro?
Pro includes 3 team members. If you add a 4th, 5th, or more, each additional member costs £9.99/mo. You control who has an account — there's no automatic charge.
When will the Xero, Stripe and advanced analytics integrations be ready?
We're building them now. You can start on Pro+ today for the extra team seats and dedicated support — each integration switches on automatically as it ships, at no extra cost.
Will Servisly send MOT reminders?
Yes — it's included with Pro+. Servisly checks each customer's MOT due date automatically from official DVSA data and reminds them when it's due, so they book back in with you.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Pro-rated billing means you only pay for what you use when upgrading.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No contract. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront but you can cancel before renewal.
Is VAT included?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the standard UK rate (20%) on your invoice.
